Our 2024-2025 Season
Here at the One Life Project, we are now in the starting stage of our 2024-2025 Community Outreach Series which is a series of events, fundraisers, and office openings in communities across the world in hopes of pushing our mission, work, and support of young people into thousands of communities over the next several months. As we step into the this unique and important season, we’re filled with anticipation, excitement, and renewed commitment. The past few years have been transformative for the One Life Project. Our mission to break down barriers, challenge stigmas, and foster environments where every young person feels seen and supported has gained momentum across the country and beyond. Now, as we launch into a new series of events and fundraising initiatives, we’re ready to amplify our efforts even further, creating lasting impact and raising the resources needed to continue our vital work.
This year’s events are not just a series of dates on a calendar—they are a movement, a call to action, and a promise to the countless teens and young adults who are struggling in silence. Through advocacy, education, and support, we aim to reach more people, partner with more entities, build stronger networks, and fund critical resources that will empower youth to thrive, no matter their circumstances.
In this blog post, we’re sharing an overview of what to expect from this year’s event and fundraising series, how you can get involved, and the importance of every dollar raised. Together, we can continue making a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
Reflecting on Current Success and Growth
Before we dive into this year’s coming events, let’s take a moment to reflect on how far we’ve come. In 2024, we saw unprecedented growth in our outreach efforts. With new partnerships and sponsorships, such as with HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, The Penn State University, and Arizona State University, we expanded our network and further strengthened our commitment to community outreach. Additionally, we have solidified our midwest presence with the opening of our Missouri office this fall.
Our international efforts have also seen success, with our offices in Sweden and Switzerland opening in 2025, allowing us to extend our reach and advocate for mental health support across borders. All of this progress wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of our staff, volunteers, donors, partners, and advocates, who have championed the One Life Project from day one.
The momentum from these accomplishments sets the stage for an even bigger year in 2025, and we’re eager to continue building on this success.
The 2024-2025 Event Series: Empowerment in Action
Our 2024-2025 event series will span multiple states and cities, engaging students, educators, parents, and community members in conversations around mental health, resilience, and support. With each event, we aim to foster a culture where mental health is prioritized, destigmatized, and integrated into every aspect of a young person’s life.
Northeast Event Series
This year, the northeast area will be a focal point of our efforts, thanks to our sponsorships and partners and our opening of four offices here, three in Pennsylvania (Harrisburg, Lancaster, State College) and one in Maine (Old Orchard Beach). We’re planning a dynamic lineup of events, workshops, seminars, and large community fundraisers aimed at both students and the wider community. We have over 55 community events from September through March in over 60 northeastern cities in 9 states.
Southeast Event Series
We’re thrilled to announce the launch of two southeast offices in February 2025, one in Morgantown, WV and the other in Miami Beach, FL. Our southeast event series is a major milestone as we expand our outreach in the southeastern United States. Centered around Florida and West Virginia, this series will feature community-driven events aimed at raising awareness and providing resources for teens and young adults. In tandem with these events, these office openings will serve as a hub for our local and regional efforts, bringing much-needed mental health support to the area. We have over 15 events scheduled across 16 cities and 3 southeastern states.
Midwest Event Series
As part of our 2024-2025 Event Series, we are excited to expand our presence with the opening of two new offices: one in Knoxville, Tennessee, and one in Springfield, Missouri. These offices will serve as vital hubs for our outreach efforts, supporting university and community mental health initiatives. From student workshops to community advocacy events, both locations will play a key role in empowering young people and raising awareness about mental health in their regions. These openings mark a significant step forward in our commitment to providing accessible support across the Midwest. We have 10 events scheduled across 6 cities and three states in the midwest.

Online Campaigns and Events
In addition to our localized and in person efforts, the One Life Project will be launching a series of virtual events to ensure that no matter where you are, you can be part of this movement. From mental health conferences, to social media campaigns, and everything in between, we will bring together experts from across the country to discuss the latest trends in mental health research, policy, and education. This will be a key opportunity for educators, advocates, and students to network and share best practices for supporting youth mental health in their communities.
Fundraising: The Heart of Our Mission
While our events will be filled with opportunities for learning, connection, and advocacy, the core of our efforts this year lies in our fundraising goals. The resources we raise during this year’s events will directly support our mental health initiatives, from developing new educational programs to providing free resources for young people in need.
Every dollar raised during our 2024-2025 event series will be allocated towards:
- Expanding Our Educational Programs: We’re developing over 1,000 new resources, such as our 600-prompt journal for college students and our 400 page university student self esteem workbook, both of which will be rolled out this year.
- Supporting Our Advocacy Efforts: From community forums to policy initiatives, we’re working tirelessly to ensure that mental health is a priority at every level of society.
- Providing Free Resources: Whether it’s helpline services, online tools, training or support groups, we believe that no young person should have to face their mental health challenges alone.
How You Can Get Involved
