Volunteer Opportunities and Student Involvement

Volunteer Opportunities

At The One Life Project, we offer a range of volunteer opportunities designed to engage passionate individuals in our mission to support mental health among young people. Volunteers play a crucial role in executing our initiatives, from organizing community events to leading workshops and advocacy campaigns. Whether you're a student, a professional, or someone with personal experience in mental health, there are roles for you to contribute meaningfully. Our volunteer programs are flexible, accommodating various schedules and commitment levels, allowing individuals to make an impact while balancing other responsibilities. By joining us, you will be part of a dedicated team working to break down stigmas, provide support, and create a culture where every young person feels valued and heard. Volunteers gain hands-on experience in project management, public speaking, and community outreach, all while contributing to a cause that makes a real difference in the lives of young people.

Student Involvement and Leadership Opportunities

The One Life Project is deeply committed to fostering student involvement and leadership as a core component of our mission. We believe that students bring unique perspectives and energy to our work, and we provide multiple avenues for them to take on leadership roles and influence mental health initiatives. Opportunities include serving as University Program Directors, where students can spearhead mental health programs and events on their campuses, advocate for mental health awareness, and collaborate with peers and faculty to create supportive environments. Additionally, we offer leadership training and mentorship programs that equip students with skills in project management, public speaking, and advocacy. By participating in these opportunities, students not only enhance their personal and professional development but also play a pivotal role in driving systemic change and promoting mental health within their communities. We encourage students to get involved, contribute their voices, and lead efforts that will shape the future of mental health support for their peers.
